The world is still reeling from yesterday’s news that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie (AKA Brangelina) are getting divorced. Since the news broke, more details have emerged:

• Brad Pitt is ‘very saddened’ by the divorce and says that his focus is on the well-being of their children. (People)
• Brad found out about the split one day ago.
• Marion Cotillard is ‘absolutely devastated’ at being dragged into the split. (Daily Mail)

Yesterday George Clooney was at the UN General Assembly when he was asked by a reporter what he made of Brangelina’s divorce. Only problem? He hadn’t heard anything about it meaning his reaction was captured live on camera.

Meanwhile, people are still talking about Jennifer Aniston. Quoting an ‘insider’, US Weekly is reporting that Jennifer thinks that the split is ‘karma’. LOL, OK.

According to an insider, the Mother’s Day actress, 47, said, “Yeah, that’s karma for you!” while discussing the news with a longtime pal.

Okay, two things: 1) this never happened and 2) it’s disrespectful to Jennifer Aniston to refer to her as ‘the Mother’s Day actress’.

The insider went on to note that Jennifer Aniston “always got the sense that something would happen with them eventually”.

She didn’t feel that Angelina was truly the one who Brad was meant to stay with. She always felt that Angelina was too complex for him. He’s a pretty simple guy.

A pretty simple guy! So shady.

Finally, another source stated that Jennifer “admittedly feels sort of satisfied” by news of the split, but added that she didn’t ever wish it on them.

But let’s be real: Jennifer Aniston never said any of these things. She’s too busy moisturising with Aveeno and living her best life. (US Weekly)

Last night, the singer dedicated her concert to the couple and stated that it was the ‘end of an era’.

Brangelina are broken up! I don’t like gossip and I feel that private lives are private, but I feel like it’s the end of an era so I’m dedicating this show to them.
